Free Weight Management & Nutrition Program: Moving Moms Forward is a free 8-week weight management, exercise and mental wellness program for moms-to-be and moms with children 2 years old or younger funded by HRSA.
A light meal and baby sitting services are provided free of charge at every class, along with mental-health support for women in need. Mothers-to-be and fathers are also welcome to attend.

Medical weight management classes include medical and psychological assessment followed by a 12-week behavioral modification and exercise program for morbidly obese.
Pre- and post-gastric bypass support is offered through the Medical Weight Management Classes.
Those with BMI lower than 30 can participate in an 8-week nutrition and fitness program in a group setting.
